Lovers argue time and time again, these times come and go. Arguments are one way to vent, but they are not very helpful to those who reply in these fights. Argue when you want but never leave it negatively, for you do not know if it's the last you will ever see of your lover. If you want your love to be safe, say your sorry before they cannot recieve it. I know what it's like to do this and it still stings my soul to think two simple words could have stopped it from happening, but my pride was far too great and it ended in tragedy.

The pain could have made me worse, but it made me better for my future love that I did not know existed. When I lost that love, I mourned, as strange as it might seem. I was in a bad way and probably would have died if it weren't for my friends.

So, the next time someone you love argues with you, keep my words true in your mind and end the argument positively.
Because you never know when it will be the last you speak.

I wrote this because I was inspired, if it's good or not is up to the reader, not the writer. So if it's a piece of you know what, say it, I don't care these days.

As for what I'm referring in the poem, it did happen.
